Service Areas

One Team for the Whole Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex

Texas Towaway manages parking for apartment communities, HOAs, condos, manufactured home communities, and commercial lots across DFW — from Fort Worth and Arlington through Dallas, Denton, and the northern suburbs.

Parking problems don’t look the same in every city. A downtown Fort Worth retail lot, a Denton student-heavy apartment complex, and a Collin County HOA each face different pressures — and, in some cases, different local rules. We tailor the signage, permit setup, and enforcement to the property in front of us, while holding the same standard of conduct everywhere we operate. Use the city links below to see how we work in your area, or call us to confirm coverage for any address in the Metroplex.

What Stays the Same

One Standard, in Every City We Cover

The city changes. The way we treat your property and your residents doesn’t. Every engagement across the Metroplex is built on the same commitments:

Non-Aggressive Enforcement

Communication, fairness, and documentation over confrontation. Our operators are trained in de-escalation, and they un-hook if a vehicle owner arrives — no drop fees, ever.

24/7 Response

Fast tow truck dispatch and around-the-clock availability, so your parking policy stays effective and respected. Regardless of if it’s 2 p.m. or 2 a.m.

No Cost to the Property Owner

Our parking management is structured at no charge to you — a model that also keeps us clear of the kickback and conflict-of-interest rules that apply to owner arrangements.

Licensed & Documented

A licensed operation with proper signage, written tow authorization, and a full paper trail behind every removal — the documentation that protects you if a tow is ever questioned.

Bilingual Support

English and Spanish-speaking staff to assist residents, guests, and property managers with courtesy and clarity.

Property-Specific Setup

Signage, permit systems, and enforcement rules designed around your community — not a one-size template dropped onto every lot.

After a Tow

Where Removed Vehicles Go

Texas Towaway is a parking management and towing company — we don’t operate impound lots ourselves. Vehicles we remove are delivered to independently licensed, TDLR-regulated vehicle storage facilities positioned across the Metroplex, so a recovered vehicle is generally never far from where it was parked.

Service Area Questions

Does it cost more if my property is in an outlying area?2026-09-24T23:53:29+00:00

Our parking management is structured at no cost to the property owner regardless of where you are in the Metroplex — the violator pays the regulated fee. If a property sits well outside our normal coverage, we’ll simply tell you honestly whether we’re the right fit.

My city isn’t on the list. Can you still help?2026-09-24T23:53:02+00:00

Very likely, yes. The list above is a representative sample, not the full extent of where we operate. The fastest way to know is to call us with your property’s address and we’ll confirm coverage right away.

Is your service the same in every city you cover?2026-09-24T23:52:31+00:00

Our standards are — non-aggressive enforcement, 24/7 response, proper signage and documentation, and no cost to the property owner. That said, individual cities may set their own rules in some areas, including local caps on nonconsent tow fees, so the specifics can vary from one place to the next. We track those local requirements where they apply so your enforcement stays compliant.

Do you have an impound lot in my city?2026-09-24T23:52:06+00:00

Not directly — Texas Towaway is a parking management and towing company, not a storage operator. Vehicles we remove are delivered to independently licensed, TDLR-regulated vehicle storage facilities located across the Metroplex. You can see several of the facilities we deliver to above.

What areas does Texas Towaway serve?2026-09-24T23:51:39+00:00

We provide private-property parking management and towing throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, spanning Tarrant, Dallas, Denton, and Collin counties and many of the surrounding communities. If your property is in or near DFW and you don’t see your city listed, give us a call — coverage is broader than the sample above.

Find Out What We Can Do for Your Property

Every engagement starts with a no-pressure, on-site walkthrough — anywhere in the Metroplex. We’ll review your signage, authorization, and enforcement and give you a straight answer about where you stand.

A quick note: This page is general information for Dallas–Fort Worth property owners and managers, not legal advice. Local ordinances and tow-fee rules vary by city and can change, and we’re a parking management company — not a law firm. For guidance on a specific property or situation, contact our team or consult an attorney.
